Make Moët the champagne of choice for Awards Season without the budget to develop media partnerships with the networks airing the Academy Awards.

Solution

Go to the source. Rather than approach the TV network, Moët supported the industry organization responsible for the awards via a first-ever partnership with the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

Outcomes

Thanks to Moët’s unprecedented support for AMPAS, Moët was given unprecedented access: Moët on the Red Carpet, personalized magnums for every nominee (via another first-ever partnership with Swarovski), and Moët on every table at the event, so that the TV cameras could not miss the bottles even though no TV deal existed. Moët ranked highly in all post-awards research — higher than many brands who paid millions for commercial airtime, integrations, and more.
